Day 01 :---Arrival Day :- Reception at Cochin Airport/ Aluva or Ernakulam Railway stn , Move to Munnar, Scenic relaxed drive to Munnar through hill station.Enroute Kalady Sankaracharya Shrine, Valara, Cheeyappara waterfalls, Karadippara view point etc. It will take around 4 hours to reach munnar . Check in to Montecristo Tea Garden Hill Resort--- Royal Premier Room. 3 Sides Tea Garden and 1 side Attukal water falls. Day 02 :- 9 am, Move to Munnar Sight seeing Tea Museum,Rajamalai, Eravikulam National Park , Mattupetty Dam Boating, Echo point, Kundala Dam, Rose Garden, Hydel Park. Back to Montecristo Resort. The luscious greens of the dense mountain foliage provide the perfect backdrop for the endless wonders that can be seen in the area. Waterfalls, wildlife sanctuaries, local plantations and European architecture provide a textured sightseeing wonderland like few others.
Day 03:- 9 am Proceed to Thekkady , Spice Plantation visit,Spice Tour, Kathakali show, Trekking, Periyar wid sanctuary Boating , O/n at AC Deluxe Double Room, in Michels Inn, AC double Periyar Tiger Reserve The Periyar Tiger Reserve spreads over 777 sq.km. of tropical evergreen, semi- evergreen and moist deciduous forests. Its legal status as a National Park is still pending and only one notification has been issued. It was declared a Project Tiger Reserve in 1978 and the first research started in 1991. The results indicate 49 species of mammals, 246 species of birds, 28 species of reptiles, 8 species of amphibians, 22 species of fishes and 112 species of butterflies.
Day 04:-9 am, Move to Kumarakam, Birds sanctury vist, kumarakom motor boat cruise. Explore kumarakom Backwaters. A huddle of tiny islets on the Vembanad Lake, Kumarakom is a pictorial, unsoiled village. An incredibly stunning ecstasy of mangrove forests, pea green paddy meadows and coconut coppices intermingled with enthralling waterways and canals. Move to Alleppey, o/n at Pagoda resort, AC Double , Explore Alleppey Beach in the evening, watch sunset
Day 05::- Move for alleppey backwater cruise, Enjoy the backwater cruise through Vembanad Lake . Historical Church , Paddy Fields, Kuttanadan Backwater life, Fishing , Coir industry, Toddy Shops , Backwater islands, etc, Toddy Shops , Backwater islands etc.This is the only region, cultivate rice below sea level. ( House boat per hour- Rs 1000 & Motor Boat per hour Rs-500 , the rate is not number sensitive) Afternoon move to Cochin, Cochin sightseeing- Fort cochin Beach, Mattancherry, Marine Drive Boating& Shopping o/n at Ecogreen Coco county, AC Double
Day 06 :- 10 am Move to Athirapilly & Vazhachal Falls, in Rain forest, Cinema RAVANA is shooted here Thumboormuzhy Dam & Gardens, Botanical Garden,Butterfly Garden, Peringl Hydal Tourism - Dam & Boating, Kauthuka park, Holly land immitaion, etc Evening Drop at Cochin Airport/ Aluva /Ernakulam Rlystn.The package officially finishes at 5 to 6 pm (Aluva is the next main Railway stn after Ernakulam to the north direction)
